Legal Drinking Age:

You must be 18 years or older to use our website (Australia), or (if outside Australia) of the legal minimum drinking age in your state, province, or country. People under the age of 18 years cannot purchase any alcoholic beverage. Roylancer Distillery Co. reserves the right to request identification to verify your age at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

Refunds:

1. We do not refund or exchange goods if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
2. Exchanges and refunds can only be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the product purchased.
3. Refunds are at the discretion of Roylancer Distillery Co and must be requested within 30 Days in writing. 
4. You must also show evidence of the purchase, either through a screenshot of funds deducted from your bank account or issuing card by Roylancer Distillery Co, or a paper invoice/receipt issued by Roylancer Distillery Co. 
5. Roylancer Distillery Co will not provide a refund for goods or services purchased by an outside representative or agent, such as a distributor. Refunds in such an instance should be dealt with by the distributor unless the product is faulty. In such cases, contact Roylancer Distillery Co in writing detailing the manner of the purchase and the reason/s requesting a refund. We reserve the final right to issue a refund or credit. 

Damaged Goods on Delivery

1. It is the customer's responsibility to check the packaging when items are delivered and not ‘sign off if the packaging is damaged.
2. NOTE: Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to the freight company and Roylancer Distillery.

Returns:

1. The product/s must be unopened and in their original packaging, with the seals intact.
2. Before returning an item, please email Roylancer Distillery Co. to discuss the reason/s for the return.
3. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
4. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable carrier to us.
5. Special promotional items that are not defective cannot be returned for any reason. We remind our customers to choose products carefully before placing an order.
6. All returns must have proof of purchase such as a paper receipt issued directly by us or a bank statement showing the amount charged to your account. 
7. We will credit the card used at the time of purchase via our merchant facility. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds. NO CASH REFUNDS.

Shipping, Delivery & Postage Policies:

For international orders on our website please first request a quote for delivery.

Some countries prohibit the importation of liquor without a license, and some prohibit the transport of liquor in the postal system. Delivery costs are dictated by the courier service we use at the time. Actual costs may vary. These costs will reflect in the shopping cart at the time of purchase. All products can be arranged to be picked up from our premise, providing you supply proof of the purchase.  

Delivery Time frames:

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, during normal business hours (Mon - Fri) unless the product is on back-order in which case you will be notified regarding the time frame.

Capital Cities & Metro Areas: Please allow 2-5 business days if in stock. 

Country Areas: Usually 4-7 business days if in stock. 

Other Areas: Up to 9 business days or more, depending on availability. 

Out-of-Stock Items:

If an item you have ordered has become out-of-stock, or unavailable, we will ship the available items and the unavailable item will be back-ordered. We'll notify you if this is the case. 

We will contact you by either phone call or by email to notify you of a back-ordered item.

If the back-ordered item is not available to ship within 14 days, we will contact you via phone or email to ask if you prefer to wait or cancel the order. If the order is cancelled, we will add you to our priority list and reserve stock and contact you if you are interested in continuing the purchase. We will only hold stock for a maximum of 72 hours. 

Online Orders can be picked up from our address, full payment must be received before picking up the order with evidence of the purchase.

Delivery Policies:

When we ship your order with one of our Shipping Partners, you will have to sign upon receiving your order. That is why we request that you provide us with a daytime contact number. This number is given to the courier so that in the event of a difficult delivery, you will be contacted. Deliveries and final delivery times are at the sole discretion of the courier service company. We will provide you with the consignment number and courier company's contact details, so you can call our courier company to check the progress of your delivery.
